These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all websites, services, tools, products, and platforms operated by SPUNK13 LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company operating from the Chicagoland area, Illinois, United States. This includes but is not limited to: spunk.codes, spunk.bet, spunkart.com, clown.best, ordinals.best, ordinals.buzz, ordinals.pics, 13.dance, i13.fun, spunk.cash, all predict.* domains, and any other websites or services under the SPUNK13 brand.
By accessing or using any SPUNK13 service, website, tool, product, or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Lead generation results depend on market conditions, competition, contractor responsiveness, and many factors outside our control. Revenue projections, ROI estimates, and growth figures presented in our marketing materials are estimates based on industry data and are NOT guarantees of individual performance.
All statistics, data, and metrics presented by SPUNK13 are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date published. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual results will vary.
Leads are generated through organic search traffic and form submissions on websites we operate. We do not fabricate, manipulate, or artificially inflate lead data. All leads represent real individuals who voluntarily submitted their information through our forms. However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a paying customer.
Contractors participating in our revenue share program agree to pay SPUNK13 LLC a commission of 10% (standard) or 15% (exclusive leads) of the gross job value for every job closed from leads we provide. Contractors are required to accurately report job outcomes and values in our dashboard. Failure to report or misrepresentation of job values constitutes a breach of the Lead Service Agreement and may result in termination of service.
Leads generated through SPUNK13 websites remain the property of SPUNK13 LLC until delivered to a contractor. Once delivered, the contractor may use the lead information solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. Leads may not be resold, redistributed, or used for purposes other than direct service provision.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPUNK13 LLC, ITS FOUNDER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of any third party, including contractors, service providers, advertisers, or affiliate partners. Our role is limited to connecting parties and providing tools. We do not employ, supervise, or control any contractor or service provider who uses our platform.
We are not responsible for content submitted by users, including but not limited to lead form submissions, reviews, business listings, or marketplace listings. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submissions.
In no event shall SPUNK13 LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SPUNK13 LLC, its founder, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; (d) any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party.
We collect information necessary to provide our services including: names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and business information submitted through forms on our websites. We also collect anonymous usage analytics (click patterns, scroll depth, page views) through our own privacy-respecting analytics system that uses NO cookies and NO personal identifiers.
Personal information is used solely for: delivering leads to contracted service providers, providing requested services, improving our platforms, and communicating with users about their accounts. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure with security rules that restrict access to authorized users only. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, input sanitization, and access controls.
All content, code, designs, tools, and materials created by SPUNK13 LLC remain the intellectual property of SPUNK13 LLC unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Reseller license holders receive a license to use, not ownership of, our systems and materials.

SPUNK13 LLC provides a verification system ("SPUNK Verified") for contractors and businesses using our lead generation services. Verification involves review of publicly available business information, license status, insurance documentation, and online reputation. Verification does NOT constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the contractor's work quality, reliability, or suitability. Users should conduct their own due diligence before hiring any service provider.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. One-time purchases (websites, packages, ebooks) include a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied — contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Revenue share commissions are non-refundable once invoiced.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Illinois. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits against SPUNK13 LLC.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
