Affiliate Program Terms

  1. Commission Rate: 30% recurring commission on all paid plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Lifetime, Team). Commission is calculated on the net sale amount after payment processing fees.
  2. Cookie Duration: 90-day attribution window. If a user clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 90 days, you earn the commission.
  3. Payout Schedule: Monthly via PayPal. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Earnings below $50 roll over to the next month.
  4. Recurring Commissions: For subscription plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Team), you earn 30% on every renewal as long as the customer remains subscribed.
  5. Lifetime Deal Commission: For one-time Lifetime purchases ($149), you earn a one-time 30% commission ($44.70).
  6. Prohibited Activities: No self-referrals, no cookie stuffing, no misleading advertising, no bidding on "SPUNK.CODES" brand keywords in paid ads, no spam or unsolicited messaging.
  7. Attribution: Last-click attribution model. If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the last affiliate link clicked within the 90-day window gets credit.
  8. Refunds: If a customer requests a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, the associated affiliate commission will be reversed.
  9. Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Outstanding earned commissions above the $50 threshold will be paid out.
  10. Modifications: SPUNK.CODES reserves the right to modify commission rates and terms with 30 days notice to active affiliates.
