Lessons Learned
- Ship first, perfect later. A live imperfect site beats a perfect unreleased one.
- AI is a co-founder, not a tool. Treat it like a team member who works 24/7.
- SEO from day one. Don't add it later. Build it into every page.
- Cross-link everything. Every site should link to every other site.
- Content compounds. Blog posts written today rank 3-6 months from now.
- Free hosting is real. GitHub Pages + Cloudflare = $0/month for unlimited sites.
