📚 Meeting Agenda Template (60 min)
- Check-in (5 min): Each member shares one win from the past week
- Accountability Review (10 min): Review commitments from last meeting. Did everyone follow through?
- Hot Seat #1 (15 min): One member presents their biggest challenge. Group brainstorms solutions.
- Hot Seat #2 (15 min): Second member gets the hot seat. Rotate each meeting.
- Resource Sharing (5 min): Share one tool, article, or insight that helped this week
- Commitments (10 min): Each member states 1-3 specific actions for the coming week
🔥 Hot Seat Framework
When you are in the hot seat, follow this structure:
- Context (2 min): Briefly describe your situation and what you have tried
- The Ask (1 min): State your specific question or challenge clearly
- Group Discussion (10 min): Others ask clarifying questions and offer perspectives
- Action Items (2 min): Summarize the top 2-3 actionable takeaways
Hot Seat Rules:
- No judgment, only constructive input
- Be specific with advice (what, when, how)
- One person speaks at a time
- Hot seat person takes notes, not the group

- What is the best investment you made in your business this month?
- What would you do differently if you were starting over today?
- Who do you need to become to reach your next revenue milestone?
- What is the biggest time waste in your current workflow?
- If your best customer had to describe you in 3 words, what would they say?
- What is one thing you learned from a failure this month?
- What is your unfair advantage that you are not leveraging enough?
